Traditional look with stormproof performance
Our traditional looking wooden double sealed window offers customers a traditional look while allowing for an espagnolette locking system and double seals which gives it a much higher performance compared to the traditional casement window. The windows performance is also superior to a stormproof window. Designed by JM Joinery Hereford, in 2010, the double seal window's low U-value and energy saving features are fast making it the most popular window in our range. Below are a few images to help you understand and get familiar with the system.
The double seal window is an extremely secure and safe window to own. The espagnolette window locking system allows you to have a 3 point lock in comparison to a traditional window single lock. Due to the double seal window being flush finishing it is also more secure than a stormproof window which offers itself to being levered open by a bar.
The espagnolette locking system also allows for a night vent and child restriction opening hinges.
